Are your products genuine?
Yes. Digi Solution is an authorized distributor, and every product comes from the brand’s own supply channel.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Prices depend on the model, quantity and your setup, so we quote each customer individually. Add products to your cart and send it to us on WhatsApp, and we reply with a price, usually the same day.
Which brands do you carry?
Impinj, Inkanto, Printronix, Bixolon, Poindus, TSC, Zebra, Honeywell, posDigi, HID Fargo, Smart, Rongta, BarTender, Newland. Browse them on our Brands page.
Do you offer warranty and after-sales service?
Yes. We have our own technicians and spare parts in Dhaka, so you deal with us directly for service.
Can you help me choose the right equipment?
Yes. Use the “What do I need?” guide to get a suggested setup, or message us on WhatsApp and our team will advise you.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes. We deliver across Bangladesh, with dispatch from our Dhaka office.
